Grandmother's Bracelet

Husband came in to the office in a wheel chair to have 12 staples removed from his head. He was a bit confused.
When I asked how he got the head wound and concussion, his wife sheepishly grinned. Then she showed me her "new" bracelet. . .

I get asked about these drugs 3-4 times per day (Ozepic, Weegovy, Trulicity, etc).

It is ONLY approved for use with Diabetes, and though is does help with weight loss, it is not without it's significant risks. This includes more loss of muscle than fat . . . which NO one is talking about.
