1. Stop all soy product use
2. Avoid cooking on Teflon surfaces
3. 30 mg Zinc daily
4. Limit cruciferous vegetable use to 1/2 cup per day or less
5. Increase protein intake to 120 g of animal based protein daily
6. Do some form of strenuous exercise 5 days per week
7. Use two Growacet tablets daily
8. Recheck hormones in 2 months
