Are you afraid of death? Then, you need to look at how you are living your life now.

Imagine that you lived your life fully. Imagine that you said what you needed to say, you did what you needed to do. Imagine that you exhausted yourself of all your desired possibilities. Were you all in?

Socrates states that "The unexamined life is not worth living" and this state creates tremendous fear of the death because of the unknown.

I spent the evening reading Plato's "The Apology of Socrates." I think I would have been one of his disciples.
