Habits for Daily Happiness

Research has demonstrated that the happiest people have Three Essential Daily Habits:
1. Think of three new things you are thankful for each day and write them down.
2. E-mail a two minute positive note to someone new every morning to praise them or thank them.
3. Spend a few minutes each day writing about the most meaningful moments of the past 24 hours.

I get asked about these drugs 3-4 times per day (Ozepic, Weegovy, Trulicity, etc).
