Ork Meat Nutritional Values

I have looked all through the Lord of the Ring texts and cannot find any nutritional values for Ork meats. . . Anyone have a reference?!

I get asked about these drugs 3-4 times per day (Ozepic, Weegovy, Trulicity, etc).

It is ONLY approved for use with Diabetes, and though is does help with weight loss, it is not without it's significant risks. This includes more loss of muscle than fat . . . which NO one is talking about.
